In 2018, Laurence, a mother of 7 children and active grandmother moved into this beautiful, late 19th century bourgeois building, ideally located in the heart of the historic centre. Having lived a busy and eventful life, full of twists and turns and travels, she was seduced by La Ciotat.

Located in the old pedestrian centre of La Ciotat, in the heart of the lively town, a stone's throw from the port, this 100 m² apartment nevertheless invites you to relax and unwind. Because it overlooks the private gardens of the surrounding houses dominated by centuries-old hackberry trees. On the second floor, we discover a vast three-room apartment, which has been carefully renovated, flowing through and fluid, preserving its soul, character and traces of its rich past.

This award recognizes sites where man has chosen to "intelligently develop the coastal space" while respecting local natural and cultural properties, as described in the Routard guide. Among them, the Bay of San Francisco (United States), Halong Bay in Vietnam, Mont Saint-Michel Bay in Normandy and the Gulf of Morbihan in Brittany.
